To ensure we can continue providing the highest quality of service and accommodate all of our clients, please review our updated cancellation and rescheduling policy prior to booking.1. Late Cancellations & Rescheduling (Under 24 Hours Notice)Any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will incur a 100% charge of the booked service fee.2. Short-Notice Cancellations & Rescheduling (24 to 48 Hours Notice)Any cancellation or rescheduling request made between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the booked service fee.3. Early Cancellations & Rescheduling (48+ Hours Notice)We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment completely free of charge. This timeline allows us the necessary buffer to offer the open slot to clients on our waiting list.4. No-ShowsClients who miss their scheduled appointment without any prior communication will automatically be considered a "No-Show" and will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.5. Emergency SituationsWe understand that sudden emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If a true emergency arises, please communicate with us directly as soon as possible so we can review your situation.6.
